Post 8872 annual Veteran’s Day Service

On November 11, the Port Sanilac Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8872 held its annual Veterans Day services at the Bark Shanty Community Center in Port Sanilac.
As part of the services, a coloring contest was held for CPS and Deckerville kindergarten and first grade students. Winners each received $25. The Patriots Pen contest is open to eighth grade students at CPS and Deckerville, with winners receiving $50. The Voice of Democracy contest is open to 9th-12th grade students of both schools, with winners receiving $50.
