Huron County Sheriff Seeking Tips on Break in

The Huron Sheriff’s office is seeking information about the recent breaking and entering of the Ubly Fox Hunters Club on S. Ubly Rd. in Verona Twp., which occurred sometime between 23:30 last night and 10:30 this morning. Forced entry was gained through a window after an apparent effort was made to disable an alarm. Taken from two locked lock boxes inside of the building was a yet to be determined amount of cash.
Approximately $1000 worth of damage occurred during this incident. Evidence was gathered at the scene. It is possible that the culprit or culprits may have had knowledge of the building and its contents.
