Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Bissett seconded to open the Public Hearing for the 2023-2024 Budget Hearing at 5:30 p.m.

Passed: Councilperson Harris moved, Mitchell seconded to approve the Diamond Trail Rental Agreement for Caleb Heberling on 6-3-23 as presented.
