McKenzie Health System (MHS) has issued a Request for Proposal and is soliciting responses for Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) services for a new Critical Access Hospital in Sandusky, Michigan. David E. Johnson Architect (DEJA) is the Architect of Record and the Owner’s Representative/Project Manager for the Project. Upon expression of interest to DEJA, the full RFP will be provided. It is intended that this project will be funded by USDA Direct Loan program and all requirements of this program and experience with this source of funding is preferred.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. and interested firms must attend to be able to submit a response. Please respond to the contact above if you plan to attend the pre-proposal meeting. The location will be finalized once we know how many will be in attendance. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP documents and be received no later than 2:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, May 16th.
