Passed: Council person West moved, Dore seconded to approve the minutes of March 13, 2023.
Passed: Council person Dore moved, Ridley seconded to accept the February Police, Fire & Treasurer’s
reports.
Passed: Council person Cesefske moved, West seconded to approve the bills in the amount of $46,165.73.
Passed: Council person Cesefske moved, Noble seconded to update Police to a .gov email.
Passed: Council person Noble moved, West seconded to adopt an ordinance to repeal Village of Deckerville Ordinance No. 2019-01, entitled Prohibition of Marijuana Establishments.
Passed: Council person West moved, Ridley seconded to approve Marijuana License Application to annual fees & licenses.
Passed: Council person Ridley moved, West seconded to the purchase of a Generac for the water tower.
Passed: Council person Ridley moved, Dore seconded Police Chief Ameel posting the Liaison Officer position for Deckerville Community Schools.
