The Lady Eagles traveled to CPS Monday night to face off with the Lady Tigers. Deckerville played tough defense in the first, holding CPS to just 1 point. Deckerville led 16-6 at halftime. CPS hung tough with Deckerville in the third quarter but the damage had already been done and by the fourth the game had been decided: 31-17.
Shelby Flanagan led the Eagles with 9 points. Libby Tank had 8 points 12 rebounds and 4 steals. Johanna Kubacki added 6 and Emma Salowitz chipped in 4 for Deckerville.
Violet Johnson had 5 points for the Tigers. Macy Milarch added 4 pounds and 5 rebounds and Savannah Hart chipped in 4 points.
