Qualifications
Valid Michigan Administrative Certificate
Valid State of Michigan Teaching Certificate
Minimum of 5 years successful teaching experience or prior administrative experience
Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Appreciation and experience in supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as working with diverse situations.
Knowledge and belief in instructional best practices that meet the developmental and individualized needs of all students.
Highly skilled in data collection, interpretation, and analysis in support of school improvement
Strong understanding of the laws and evidence-based practices relating to Student Discipline, Student Supervision, Special Education, Restorative Practices, Multi-tiered System of Supports (MTSS), Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS), and school management and operations.
Proven leadership ability in building relationships and working with students, families, staff, and administration.
Creative thinker, high-energy, well organized, and flexible team player.

Salary: $80,000
