The Deckerville Community Schools Board of Education met for a Special Meeting on April 26, 2023 in the high school library at 5:30 p.m.
Members present: Curt Vogel, Jason McConnachie, Randee Kirkpatrick, Brandon Stolicker, Amy Dumaw, Richard Hamill
Member Absent: Kendra Messing
Motion by Curt Vogel, support by Richard Hamill to adopt the April 26, 2023 Special Meeting Agenda with an amendment added for the band room storage. Carried.
Motion by Curt Vogel, support by Amy Dumaw to approve that the band room storage be paid from the Bond and not ESSER Funds. Carried.
First round interviews were held for the following Superintendent candidates:

5:30 p.m. – Matthew Connelly
6:30 p.m. – Sean Wightman
7:30 p.m. – Ryan Eugster

Motion by Curt Vogel, support by Jason McConnachie to adjourn at 9:24 p.m. Carried.
