JUDGEMENT AGAINST COMMERCIAL STATE BANK OF MARLETTE
At a Session of said Court held in the City of Sandusky, County of Sanilac
State of Michigan on this 27th day of December, 2022
PRESENT: Honorable Timothy C. Wrathell, Circuit Judge
The court having reviewed Plaintiff’s Motion and Brief for Entry of Default
Judgement Against Commercial State Bank of Marlette and being otherwise
fully advised in the matter:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Entry of a Default
Judgement against Defendant and in favor of Plaintiff is granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is the
sole owner of the real property located in the City of Marlette, County of Sanilac,
State of Michigan legally described as “The East Eighty (80) feet of the North
half (1/2) of Lot Two (2) in Block Thirty Three (33) of the said Village of Marlette,
according to the recorded plat thereof”.
This order resolves the last pending claim an closes the case.
