Passed: Councilperson Bissett moved, Barr seconded to approve the minutes of August 7, 2023 as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Harris seconded to approve the bills in the amount of $303,282.49.
Passed: Counclperson Bissett moved, Barr seconded to approve the agenda with one addition under New Business item b. Diamond Trail Rental Agreement – Emerson 5K Walk/Run 9-2-23.
Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Harris seconded to approve the 2022-2023 Audit as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Barr moved, Bissett seconded to approve the Diamond Traill Rental Agreement for Emerson’s 5K Walk/Run 9-2-23 as presented.
