Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Harris seconded to set the 2023 Trick-or-Treat hours for October 31, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. To 7:00 p.m.
Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Stone seconded to approve the 2023 Capital Improvement Bond, Series II Resolution as presented.
