Passed: Councilperson Bissett moved, Schramm seconded to approve the minutes of January 16, 2023 as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Harris seconded to approve the bills in the amount of $319,633.08.
Passed: Councilperson Bissett moved, Stone seconded to approve the agenda with the following additions under New Business e. Request Doerr Field – Ball Tournament, f. Hanger Rent Increase, g. Change Council meeting to 2-27-23 and h. Set Budget Hearing for 2-27-23.
Passed: Councilperson Schramm moved, Mitchell seconded to approve the Diamond Trail Rental Agreement for McKenzie Healthy Living Class on 5-17-23 as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Schramm moved, Mitchell seconded to approve the Diamond Trail Rental Agreement for McKenzie Healthy Living Class on 5-21-23 as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Harris seconded to approve Resolution – 2023 Capital Improvement Bond Notice of Intent as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Harris seconded to approve Resolution – 2023 DWSRF Bond Notice of Intent as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Bissett moved, Schramm seconded to approve the use of Doerr Field on June 30th – July 2nd for a Ball Tournament.
Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Harris seconded to approve the hanger rent increase from $125 to $150 per month as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Bissett moved, Schramm seconded to change the 2-20-23 Council Meeting to 2-27-23.
Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Stone seconded to approve setting the 2023-2024 Budget Hearing for 2-27-23.
