Passed: Councilperson Bissett moved, Schramm seconded to approve the minutes of June 6, 2022 as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Williamson seconded to approve the bills in the amount of $214,245.29.
Passed: Councilperson Bissett moved, Schramm seconded to approve the agenda as printed.
Passed: Councilperson Bissett moved, Schramm seconded to open the public hearing at 5:19 p.m.
Passed: Councilperson Bissett moved, Barr seconded to close the public hearing at 5:37 p.m.
Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Williamson seconded to approve Resolution22-03 A resolution adopting a final project plan for water system improvements and designating an authorized project representative as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Harris seconded to approve the Sanilac County Community Foundation Agency Designated Fund Agreement for the City of Sandusky Cemetery Perpetual Care Endowment as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Williamson moved, Harris seconded to approve the Cemetery Roof bid from Zimmer Roofing in the amount of $7,875.00 as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Williamson moved, Schramm seconded to approve the City Hall Roof bid from Zimmer Roofing in the amount of $45,109.00 as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Williamson moved, Mitchell seconded to approve the WWTP Roof bid from Universal Roofing in the amount of $42,643.00 as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Williamson moved, Schramm seconded to approve the WWTP Driveway bid from Miller Masonry in the amount of $17,250.00, with Kappel Excavating doing the cement removal work at a cost of $5,750.00.
Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Schramm seconded to approve Resolution 22-04 Sale of Real Property to Ropa as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Schramm seconded to approve the 2022 Local Road Capital Improvement Projects with the City going out for Bond to cover the cost of the three streets and the design and construction cost of Jefferson for 2023.
Passed: Councilperson Bissett moved, Barr seconded to adjourn at 6:20 p.m.
