The Duff Intercounty Drain Drainage Board will meet at the above date, time and location to hear all interested persons, receive evidence and determine whether the maintenance and improvement, as set forth in the petition dated May 15, 2023, is necessary and conducive to the public health, convenience, or welfare pursuant to Chapter 8 or Public Act 40 of 1956, as amended.

Subcontractor Community Outreach Event for McKenzie Health Systems

On behalf of McKenzie Health System (MHS), The Christman Company, Construction Manager at-risk for the McKenzie Health System’s Chrysalis Project – A Replacement Hospital Facility in Sandusky, MI, is hosting a contractor outreach and informational meeting for interested bidders.
The Project includes the development of a new site at 465 Sanilac Road with all site development including utilities, grading, and drainage. Once the site is developed, a new single-story replacement hospital facility of approximately 65,000 gross square feet will be constructed. A free-standing maintenance facility will also be constructed.

The project is seeking qualified bidders from the local area:
