Under the power of sale contained herein in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or a cashier’s check at the place of holding the circuit court in Sanilac County, starting promptly at 10:00 AM, on December 7, 2023. Ward-Hooper, husband and wife, original mortgagors, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for FMF Capital LLC, dated December 15, 2006, and recorded January 8, 2007 in Liber 977 Page 796, in Sanilac County records, Michigan, and assigned to The Huntington National Bank as Trustee by an Assignment of Mortgage recorded on July 23, 2009 in Liber 1074 Page 304, and assigned to The Huntington National Bank as Trustee for Franklin Mortgage Asset Trust 2009-A by an Assignment of Mortgage recorded on December 28, 2009 in Liber 1087 Page 500, and assigned to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Certificate Trustee of Bosco Credit III Trust Series 2010-1 by an Assignment of Mortgage recorded on September 27, 2023 in Liber 1568 Page 734, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Seventy-four Thousand Ninety-three and 86/100 dollars ($74,093.86).
