TO ALL CREDITORS:
The Grantor, Dorothy L. Martus (date of birth, 10/14/1923), died 03/10/2023. There is no personal representative of the Grantor’s estate to whom letters of administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Dorothy L. Martus Revocable
Family Trust dated November 25,1999, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to
Raymond Martus or Elizabeth Nordin, Co-Successor Trustees, within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
