Passed: Council person Kubik moved, West seconded to approve the minutes of May 8th, 2023.
Passed: Council person Kubik moved, Dore seconded to accept the May’s Police, Fire & Treasurer’s
reports.
Passed: Council person Cesefske moved, Kubik seconded to approve the bills in the amount of $51,544.12.
Passed: Council person Kubik moved, Cesefske seconded to add Tina Confer to all bank accounts held by the Village of Deckerville and remove Monica Kunze.
Passed: Council person Kubik moved, Noble to except ABADATA proposal to clean up and maintain or IT infrastructure.
Passed: Council person Kubik moved, West seconded to extend Michigan Sugar’s current special land use permit through January 31, 2024.
Passed: Council person Kubik, seconded by Cesefske to enact the FOIA Procedures and Guidelines written by our Lawyer.
Passed: Council person Kubik, seconded by Dore to adopt Resolution 2023-2, Black River Street Improvement Phase 1. President Murdock called for a roll call vote. Ayes 6, Nays 0, Absent 0
