Passed: Council person Dore moved, Ridley seconded to approve the minutes of July 10, 2023.
Passed: Council person Ridley moved, Cesefske seconded to accept the July’s Police, Fire & Treasurer’s reports.
Passed: Council person West moved; Ridley seconded to approve the bills in the amount of $122,176.08.
Passed: Council person Ridley moved, Dore seconded to approve the 3B Enterprises Land Split, per Village Assessor’s approval.
Passed: Council person West moved, seconded by Noble to accept the recommendation from Chief Hoff for the new Fire Department Officer’s, 1st Lieutenant/Secretary Doug Confer and Safety Officer Dominic Lewis.
Passed: President Murdock moved, seconded by West to move to closed session.
Moved into Closed Session 7:45 p.m.
Out of Closed Session 8:06 p.m.
Passed: Council person West moved, seconded by Cesefske that the Village Clerk position increases to five days a week.
