NOTICE OF BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING

The Deckerville Village Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed budget for fiscal year 2023-2024 in Council Chambers at
2521 Black River St. Deckerville, MI 48427 on:
Monday, March 13, 2023 at 7:00 pm.
The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support this budget will be the subject of this hearing. A copy of this budget is available for public inspection at the Village Clerk’s office at 2521 Black River St. Deckerville, MI 48427.
This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 176 as amended (Open Meetings Act), MCLA 41.27 a (2), (3), and the American With Disabilities Act (ADA).
The Village Council will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting upon request.
