NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to MCL 125.3101, et seq., PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Commission for the Village of Deckerville will hold a public hearing and special meeting at the Municipal Building, 2521 Black River Street, Deckerville, Michigan 48427 on Monday, March 13, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of receiving comments on proposed amendments to the Village of Deckerville Zoning Ordinance. Said amendments relate to the potential location of Marihuana Establishments within the Village.
