NOTICE OF ADOPTION

The Village of Peck Village Council, at its regular meeting on March 15, 2023, adopted via resolution changes to the Village’s zoning ordinance. The revisions include changes to the following chapters:
• Article 1 – Short Title, Purpose, and Authority, Sections 1.00 through 1.03.
• Article 2 – Definitions.
• Article 3 – Land Use Districts, Sections 3.00 through 3.06.
• Article 4 – General Provisions, Sections 4.00 through 4.02, 4.04, 4.05, 4.07 through 4.14, 4.16, 4.17, 4.19 through 4.25, 4.28, and 4.30.
• Article 5 – Site Plan Review, Sections 5.00 through 5.02, 5.04, 5.05, 5.06, 5.07, and 5.12.
• Article 6 – Special Land Uses, Sections 6.02, 6.03, and 6.07.
• Article 7 – Village Planning Commission.
• Article 8 – Zoning Board of Appeals.
• Article 9 – Administration and Enforcement.
• Article 10 – Amendments and Conditional Rezoning.
• Article 11 – Validity and Effective Date.
The amendments will go into effect on May 1, 2023. The ordinance is available online at https://www.villageofpeck.com/ and at the Village of Peck Offices, 30 E. Lapeer St., Peck, MI 48466.
