Organizers involved with the Sandusky Save the Mascot group plan to hold a town hall style meeting from 1:00 p.m. -5:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 27th at Sandusky Full Gospel Church.
Representatives from the Native American Guardian’s Association are expected to express respectful use of Indian names and imagery.

Lions Club Christmas Toys for Kids:
The donation boxes for the club’s annual Christmas Toy Drive are located at many area businesses. Donations of new unopened gifts are sought for ages newborn through 18 years. Consider those less fortunate this season and join the Lions in making a child’s Christmas a little brighter.

The Sandusky Lions Club is planning a street sale for on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Sandusky’s four corners. The club will be selling it’s annual Informer newspaper. Proceeds will be used for a variety of very good works. If you would like to help the club by volunteering for the street sale, contact President Norah Harding at 810-710-2081.

Please consider patronizing local businesses for your holiday shopping needs this year.

Trash Pickup within the City of Sandusky will delayed one day this week, till Saturday, November 26th due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

Open Enrollment:
Open Enrollment for healthcare coverage for the 2023 coverage period has begun. The deadline to ensure changes to your coverage is December 15, 2022 but processing delays could mean missing the deadline if you do not submit your information soon.
