Eagles bring 50-0 Win Home against Mayville

Mayville may have had home field advantage, but Deckerville’s offense and defense had different ideas, not only scoring 50 points, but also not allowing any points in the game for the Wildcats.
Quarter scores: Deckerville 16-20-6-8. Mayville 0-0-0-0.
Willy Brown scored the first touchdown of the game on a 10-yard run (Derek Osborne reception from Cameron Stone good). Ethan Bowerman scored next, on a 3-yard run (also running in the extra points), for a 16-0 first quarter game.
Ethan Bowerman had the first touchdown in the second quarter with a big 74-yard run (pass failed). He got another touchdown, this time on a 55-yard run (Willy Brown ran in the conversion). Willy Brown scored again, this time on a 10-yard run (pass failed).
In the third quarter, Ethan Bowerman connected with Peter Lapp for a touchdown (pass failed). Willy Brown got the last touchdown of the night in the fourth quarter on a 20-yard run (Parker Merriman ran in the extra points).
Rushing for Deckerville, Willy Brown 20-168, 3 touchdowns, 1 conversion run; Ethan Bowerman 6-158, 3 touchdowns, 1 conversion run.
Ethan Bowerman was 2-2-29, 1 touchdown pass; Peter Lapp was 2-29 receiving.
Cameron Stone had 1 interception in the game.
The Eagles will be at home this Friday, taking on Atherton, before heading on the road again the following week, taking on Morrice.
