Sergeant Kravitsky and Deputy Schmidt awarded Commendations

On Tuesday, August 3, Sheriff Paul Rich awarded a Commendation for Life Saving to Sergeant Chris Kravitsky and Deputy Chad Schmidt of the Uniform Services Division.
On Wednesday, July 7, at ap-proximately 5:46 am., Sgt. Kravitsky and Deputy Schmidt were dispatched to the 1200 block of North Goetze Rd in Bridgehampton Township for a medical. It was reported that a 28-year-old female had a weak pulse, and was barely breathing. Upon the arrival of both Sgt. Kravitsky and Deputy Schmidt, the patient was quickly assessed, and two doses of Narcan were administered and CPR was started. The 28-year-old female was successfully revived.
The Sheriff’s Office is really proud of the quick response by Sgt. Kravitsky and Deputy Schmidt. Their actions attributed to saving a life.
