Passed: Councilperson Bissett moved, Schramm seconded to approve the minutes of October 17, 2022 as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Williamson seconded to approve the bills in the amount of $792,298.64.
Passed: Councilperson Bissett moved, Barr seconded to approve the amended agenda with one addition under New Business item d. Airport Fuel Tank.
Passed: Councilperson Mitchell moved, Harris seconded to allow McClain and staff to use the welcome center room for $100.0 per month.
Passed: Councilperson Schramm moved, Barr seconded to approve purchasing fuel tank from Cooperative Elevator Co. in the amount of $7,018.00 as presented.
Passed: Councilperson Bissett moved, Barr seconded to adjourn at 6:10 p.m.
