VILLAGE OF DECKERVILLE, SANILAC COUNTY, MICHIGAN ORDINANCE ADOPTION
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE VILLAGE OF DECKERVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES: CHAPTER 54 – ZONING, ARTICLE IX – LAND USE DISTRICTS, SECTION 54-211 – RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, SECTION 54-212 – MANUFACTURED HOME SUBDIVISION AND LAND LEASE COMMUNITIES; SECTION 54-213-COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS; SECTION 54-214 – INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS
THE VILLAGE OF DECKERVILLE ORDAINS:
Chapter 54, Article IX, Section 54-211(1)(a)(c), entitled Residential Districts, Prohibited Uses, is hereby amended to include the following:
- Marihuana Establishments, pursuant to the Village of Deckerville Adult-Use Marihuana Ordinance.
Chapter 54, Article IX, Section 54-212(1)(c), entitled Manufactured Home Subdivision and Land Lease Communities Prohibited Used, is hereby amended to include the following: - Marihuana Establishments, pursuant to the Village of Deckerville Adult-Use Marihuana Ordinance.
Chapter 54, Article IX, Section 54-213(1)(q)(2), entitled Special Land Uses in C1 Districts, is hereby amended to include the following:
(z) Marihuana Retailer, pursuant to the Village of Deckerville Adult-Use Marihuana Ordinance.
Chapter 54, Article IX, Section 54-213(1)(b)(2), entitled Special Land Uses in C2 Districts, is herby amended to include the following:
(z) Marihuana Retailer, pursuant to the Village of Deckerville Adult-Use Marihuana Ordinance.
(aa) Marihuana Safety compliance Facility, pursuant to the village of Deckerville Adult-Use Marihuana Ordinance.
Chapter 54, Article IX, Section 54-214(1)(a)(2), entitled Special Land Uses in Industrial Districts is hereby amended to include the following:
(q) Marihuana Grower, pursuant to the Village of Deckerville Adult-Use Marijuana Ordinance.
(r) Marihuana Processor, pursuant to the Village of Deckerville Adult-Use Marihuana Ordinance.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall become effective twenty days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the Village of Deckerville
