Passed: Council person Dore moved, Cesefske seconded to approve the minutes of April 10th, 2023.
Passed: Council person West moved, Dore seconded to accept the February Police, Fire & Treasurer’s reports.
Passed: Council person Kubik moved, Cesefske seconded to approve the bills in the amount of $38,128.90.
Passed: Council person Kubik moved, Dore seconded to amend the Equipment Budget to allow the purchase of a new Loader from Tri County.
Passed: Council person Kubik moved, West seconded to offer Lawyers letter as resolution to Property split. President Murdock called for a roll call vote. Ayes 5, Nays 0, Absent 1
Passed: Council person Kubik moved, Dore seconded to approve allowing painting on and use of Tennis Courts for Pickle Ball.
