Sandusky Girls Fall to Kingston

The Sandusky Lady Wolves traveled to Kingston last Tuesday for a double header with the Lady Cardinals. Sandusky fell in the first matchup, 7-2. Mia Levitt took the mound for the Wolves, striking out eight and walking four in six innings. Annie Ross and Alexis Gough each had a hit in the loss. Adalee Kaufman had two hits. Isabella Stoutenburg had a single, double and two RBIs in the loss to Kingston.
Adalee Kaufman took to the mound in the second contest, striking out eight and giving up one walk. Adalee Kaufman, Annie Ross, and Alyssa Kitchen each had a hit in the three-run loss. Kelsey Tomichek had a two run hit in the game. Mia Levitt had a triple and two RBIs in the contest. “Our bats were a little slow on this windy day.” Stated Sandusky Head Coach Danny Franzel, adding “Pitching is getting stronger every game.” The Wolves slide to 0-4 with the double loss to Kingston.
