Another Eagle Injured

HURON COUNTY — A bald eagle with an injured wing was found North of M-142 in Huron County Monday, August 5th around 7 a.m. by Nehemiah Messing. Messing then helped Sergeant James Hunt to catch the eagle. The eagle was taken to Sgt. Hunt’s residence until Tuesday morning when the eagle was transferred to a bird rescue. The cause of the eagle’s injuries are unknown.
