Fire Claims Local Business; Creative Rides Destroyed

Creative Rides, a Sandusky area body shop, was completely destroyed by fire Monday night.
Sandusky Community Fire Department, along with Carsonville, and Elk Township were called to the S. Banner Rd. business around 11:00 p.m. Monday and remained on station until just after 3:00 a.m. Tuesday.
The building, tools, records, supplies and many customer vehicles were claimed by the fire. Pete, one of the owners, sustained burn injuries.
The longtime business owners Pete and Lisa have been in business on Banner Rd. for nearly 20 years. The cause of the fire is undetermined.
