Rice places Second; 10TH District Voice of Democracy Contest

Makala Rice of Cros-Lex Schools placed second in the 10th District Voice of Democracy Contest. She was the winner of VFW Post 8872’s level.(L-R): Jeff Lyall Post Adjutant; Bob Carter, Post member, Timothy, Makayla and Ashley Rice, Roger Bobby, Post Commander and Burt Downing, Post Sr Vice Commander. She is the daughter of Timothy and Ashley McNabb.
