Shaw, Franzel & Kursinsky combine services with Dreyer & Dreyer CPAs

We are pleased to announce that Shaw, Franzel & Kursinsky, PLLC (SFK, PLLC) and Dreyer & Dreyer CPAs, LLC will be combining services effective January 1, 2023 under the management of Brent Shaw, Timothy Franzel, & Jennifer Kursinsky.
Mike and Susan Dreyer have been serving their clients for more than 20 years and over the last couple of years, have been looking for a succession plan for their eventual retirement. After careful consideration, they feel that SFK, PLLC best reflects their values and method of doing business and will work to consistently carry the client relationships into the future. Brent, Tim, and Jennifer will work alongside Mike and Susan for the next several years to ensure a smooth transition for their clients. Mike and Susan will still be available full time for the foreseeable future and all staff members, from both firms, will continue in their current roles. Our hope is that this transition will be seamless and that clients will only notice the change because of a new location and new faces.
For the remainder of 2022 and through the upcoming tax season, current Dreyer & Dreyer CPAs, LLC clients will continue to use the same office as before, located at 52 S. Elk Street, Ste. 1, Sandusky, MI 48471. Current Shaw, Franzel & Kursinsky, PLLC clients will continue to use the same office as before, located at 47 Austin Street, Sandusky, MI 48471. Starting in the summer of 2023, all clients will begin using the new office which will be located at 80 E. Sanilac Rd, Sandusky, MI 48471.
Brent, Tim, and Jennifer are all lifelong residents of Sanilac County and are excited for the opportunity to grow their local business. Brent, his wife Megan, and their son Calvin reside in Snover. Tim, his wife Mande, and their two sons Zach and Tyler, also reside in Snover. Jennifer resides in Carsonville.
Brent, Tim, and Jennifer have over 45 years of combined experience in the tax, audit, and accounting fields and understand the trust that clients have with their CPA.
