Patricia Juanita (Moyer) Mietz

OTISVILLE – Patricia Juanita (Moyer) Mietz, age 63, of Otisville, Michigan, loving mother, sister, aunt and friend died peacefully in her sleep at her residence Wednesday, April 1, 2015 after a long and courageous battle with heart disease and diabetes.
She was born May 3, 1951 in Marlette, Michigan daughter to the late Leander and Agnes (Chappel) Moyer.
She leaves to cherish her memory her very loving and devoted son, Tyler and wife Jennifer Mietz; brother, Stephen, and wife, Shela Moyer.
She loved all animals, especially her grand dog Ziva. She loved working and truly enjoyed her job at ADS (Advanced Decorative Systems) in Millington and all of her friends there. She loved to crochet and do crafts. She made hundreds of afghans for oncology and hospice patients and hats to donate to those less fortunate.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Leander and Agnes (Chappel) Moyer; and brother, Joseph Moyer.
Cremation has taken place at May Memorial Crematory in Port Huron.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at 1:00 p.m., in the Millington Community Center at 8705 State Street, Millington, MI., 48746, with Reverend Jean Munro officiating.
Memorials may given to the donation of your choice.
Visitation will be held at the Millington Community Center on Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
