Sandusky Narrows Superintendent Field to Five

The Sandusky Community Schools Board of Education met in a special session on Monday, June 19, 2023, in the Sandusky High School Board of Education Room. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by President, Jason Trepkowski.
Following the pledge of allegiance, roll call was taken. Members present were Daniel Gerstenberger, Robert Hassler, Carolyn Stoutenburg, Norah Harding, and Jason Trepkowski. Jane Jacobson came in at 6:07 p.m. Justin Radloff was absent. Interim Superintendent Jeffrey Hartel and Principal Louis Williams were also present.

Incoming Principal Ryan Palmer introduced himself to the Board.
Motion by Gerstenberger, supported by Hassler, that the Board approve the updates to SES Parking Lot Project in the amount of $39,579. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Harding, supported by Hassler, that the Board approve the quote from Halfway Fence for around the ticket booth in the amount of $10,986.84. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Gerstenberger, supported by Harding, that the Board approve the Chartwells FSMC contract beginning with the 23/24 school year. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Gerstenberger, supported by Harding, that the Board approve the Technology Plan. Motion carried 6-0.

The next regular board meeting will be Monday, June 26, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. in the High School Board of Education Room.
