D-Ville Volleyball Falls to Caseville

Deckerville hosted Caseville for some volleyball action last Thursday night, going to five sets. Caseville took the first two sets, 14-25 and 24-26. Deckerville rebounded and took the next two sets 25-21 and 25-14 before finally falling to Caseville in the final set 7-15.
Mya Garza had 28 assists, 7 aces and 19 digs. Johanna had 6 kills, 2 aces, 29 digs, and 4 assists. Emma Salowitz had 8 aces, 3 kills and 43 digs. Alyssa Rudgers lodged 9 kills. Libby Tank had 4 blocks, 3 block assists, 3 kills and an ace. Danica Oldenburg had 3 kills, 1 block and 2 block assists.Cassandra Trigger had 21 digs and an ace, Emma Roberts had 5 kills, Maryanne Sanford had 2 blocks and 3 kills. The Eagles will look to bounce back on Thursday when they host North Huron at home.
