Key returning players, with comments: Sophomore Tori Heilig – has a great understanding of the game and very passionate about developing her skills and being a leader on and off the field; Sophomore Abby Rider, first year playing full time in the net thanks to volleyball she has quick hands and is able to judge the ball. Abby played in net a few games last year, having 1 shout out; Sophomore Trinity Mills – played as a forward last year but this year she fits well in our defense where her speed is a huge advantage; Sophomore Brittany Lambson is a great center defender she knows the game well and can read the plays as the other team makes their attack; Junior Joanna Solly – skill level has improved so much from last year to this year. Playing the center midfielder position she is very aggressive and not afraid to go after the ball.
Key losses to graduation: Katelyn Brown, Cassidy Mazie, Pantera Duran, Britney Pupi, Jessica Kursinsky
Top new prospects: Lyida Ulfig, Ashlyn Robinson, Emily Lindberg
Comments on this year’s team (strengths, weaknesses, goals): This years team is very young with only one senior, two juniors, 10 sophomores and four freshmen. With that brings a year of building skills and a love for the game for the young athletes. The goal for the year is to build up the young players and focus on the fundamentals of the game.

This year will be tough but we are looking forward to a lot of challenges and looking forward to getting better each game!
