‘Skins Double Over-Time Win

A double overtime battle against Sandusky and Marlette boys was held this past Friday.
The first and second quarters flipflopped, with Sandusky leading 16-9 in the first quarter, and Marlette scoring 20 in the second, to the ‘Skins 9. Sandusky added 9 in the third, Marlette, 5. The Redskins added 8 more in the fourth, and Marlette, 5, for a tie at the end of four quarters. Both teams scored 2 points in the first overtime, with the Redskins taking the win in the second overtime, scoring 9 and holding Marlette to 4.
The Raiders had two players in double figures – Alex Heussner, 12 points, 2 assists and 3 rebounds and Dillen Cook – 10 points, 1 assist and 5 rebounds. Peyton Dale added 7 points and 6 rebounds; Sean Quade 6 points, 2 assists and 1 rebound; Grant Roberson and Logan Marshall, 4 points and 2 rebounds apiece; Cole Ellis 3 points, and Brayden George 2 points and 7 rebounds.
