Tee Fore 2 Causes Golf Scramble raises over $11,000

The Sanilac Area Violence Elimination Council and the Sanilac County Child Abuse Prevention Council had the pleasure of hosting the 5th annual Tee Fore 2 Causes Golf Scramble at the Huron Shores Golf Club on July 23rd.   Over 100 players and volunteers and the additional 60 sponsors, made for an outstanding event that raises money to support violence prevention programs for our Sanilac County citizens.  The councils will share over $11,000.00 that was collected from the event.   A very special thank you to all and congratulations to our team winners:  Men’s: Rick Ballentine, Dick Cleland, Mike Williams and Tim O’Mara, Women’s: Amy Dumaw, Shannon Kreger, Julie Grifka, and Danielle Trowhill, Mixed: Chris and Michelle Caringi and Jeremy and Kristy Bender, Highest Score Winners: Traci Kuhl, Shelly Brown, Heather Franzel and Heather Main.
