While winter sports are underway, results of fall sport achievements are now out! Many Deckerville football players made First and Second NCTL All League teams as well as Honorable Mention. First Team Offense players include Austin Fritch, Jared Philpot, John Ridley, Reese Bays-Kramer, and T.J. Thayer. Second Team Offense includes Brandon Pattullo, Mike Schweitzer, and Austin Spaetzel. Wyatt Janowiak received Honorable Mention for offense. Austin Spaetzel, John Ridley, Jared Philpot, Brandon Pattullo, and Reese Bays-Kramer made First Team Defense. Austin Fritch and Donovin Snyder made Second Team Defense for Deckerville. Congrats to all of our NCTL all league players!
Results for NCTL all league volleyball teams are out as well. First Team members include Cassandra Wagester and Karyn McConnachie. Mackenzy Bowerman and Madisyn Guza made Second Team. Katelyn Vogel and Emily Inbody received Honorable Mention. Congrats girls!
Basketball is well underway with practices and conditioning. While games won’t start until December, the varsity girls will have a scrimmage at Bad Axe November 27th.
Students, it is finally Thanksgiving break, enjoy it! School will resume Monday, but Christmas break will be upon us faster than we think!
