Dale Chambers Celebrates 50 years at Jensen Bridge & Supply

Dale Chambers recently celebrated 50 years at Jensen Bridge and Supply Company,
To say the 50 years at one job is an amazing accomplishment is an understatement, yet Dale Chambers can say, “I did it, and I Loved it!” He enjoyed sales, he had great customers and made some wonderful friends in the industry. The Loding family was great to work for and part of the many friendships that have been made.
Dale started his career at Jensen Bridge in 1973 working in the plant on co-op while in high school. One day, Al Loding, the owner of Jensen Bridge back then came out and asked him if he thought he might want to go on the road selling, and he said, “yes.”
Dale worked his way up to Sales Manager, a position he has held for the past 15 years until he decided to go part-time. He retired at the end of February. Dale stated “there have been a lot of changes, especially when Covid hit, and so many people started working from home. It has changed the way of doing business, the way I know, but change is good.”
Dale and his wife, Phyllis have two daughters, Melissa and Monica, sons-in-law, Dan and Derek and two grandchildren Asher and Parker.
