Exchange State Bank announces Executive Officers
The Board of Directors of Exchange State Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of its executive officers.
Kelly Gerstenberger has been promoted to President & CEO. Kelly served most recently as Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Kelly has also been appointed to the Board of Directors of Exchange State Bank Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Exchange State Bank. Kelly is a graduate of Central Michigan University where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Michigan Association of CPAs and is an active member of Heritage United Methodist Church in Snover. Kelly is a Sanilac County native and resides in the Sandusky area with her husband, Roger, and their three sons.
Brandon Guibord has been promoted to Senior Vice-President, Commercial Lender. Brandon joined Exchange State Bank in 2008, with 10 years of previous banking experience. Brandon graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. He has completed numerous bank training courses. Brandon is an active member of the Kiwanis Club where he attends community events and is a volunteer. He also coaches basketball at Sandusky High School. Brandon resides in Sandusky with his family.
Randall Horst has been promoted to Senior Vice-President, Commercial & Agricultural Lender. Randy has nearly 30 years of experience with Exchange State Bank. Randy is also the Branch Administrator and Bank Security Officer. Randy graduated from St. Clair County Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Agricultural Technology, the Robert Perry School of Lending at CMU and the Midwest Agricultural Banking School at Purdue University. Randy serves as a Sanilac County Road Commissioner, is a member of the Sandusky Presbyterian Church and is active in the local community. Randy resides in Sandusky with his wife, Kathleen, where they raised their family
Pamela Wadsworth has been appointed as a Director of Exchange State Bank Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Exchange State Bank.
Pam resides in the Sandusky area with her husband, Dan, where they own and operate several businesses and are active in the local community. The directors, officers and staff of Exchange State Bank welcome Pam to the organization and look forward to her contributions.
Founded in 1901, Exchange State Bank operates six offices in Sanilac County with locations in Carsonville, Sandusky, Port Sanilac, Deckerville, Applegate and Brown City. Exchange State Bank will be celebrating its 120th Anniversary in June 2021.
