John Winks (Bucky) Anton IV
SANDUSKY – John Winks (Bucky) Anton IV, 57, of Sandusky, passed away Friday, June 5, 2015 at McKenzie Health System, in Sandusky, Michigan.
He was born August 24, 1957 in Deckerville, Michigan, the son of John III and Marjorie (Haskin) Anton.
He was a lifelong area resident and farmer.
Bucky was a 1975 graduate of Sandusky High School.
John Anton IV married Margarita Galvan on November 12, 1976 in McGregor. She died on April 12, 2012. He then married Suzette Walker on March 28, 2013.
He is survived by his wife, Suzette; John III and Marjorie Anton (parents) of Oscoda; Kizzy Mansi (daughter) of California, Annamae Mansi (daughter) of California, Amanda and David Hoag (daughter) of Sandusky; John Anton V (son) of Sandusky; Marcia and Dennis Franzel (sister) of Argyle, Penny and Phil Cagle (sister) of Oscoda, Jill and Mike Turbok (sister) of Deckerville, Becky Anton (sister) of Oscoda; Harry and Ruthann Walker (father and mother-in-law) of Sandusky; Nick Walker (brother-in-law) of Minnesota; eight grandchildren, Gage and Baylee Gritman, Carson and Avary NcNelia, Amelia and Grady Hoag, Larissa and Rylan Anton; and several nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in by an infant brother, Michael.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 8, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., at Marsh Funeral Chapel, Sandusky.
Pastor Jerry Griggs officiated.
Burial was in the Greenwood Cemetery in Sandusky.
