Man Jumps from Moving Vehicle

On June 10, at approximately 4:26 p.m., Sanilac County Central Dispatch received a call regarding a single vehicle personal injury crash on Jean Street, west of S. Sandusky Rd.
Deputies arrived on scene and determined that a 2002 Dodge Caravan was traveling west bound on Jean Street, when a 47-year-old male from Sandusky, who was a passenger in the vehicle, jumped out of the moving vehicle.
The passenger was transported to McKenzie Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injures.
Alcohol was believed to be a factor in the incident.
Deputies were assisted by Sandusky Fire Department and Sanilac EMS.
